Delivered: full D365 F&O implementation plus a real-time monitoring layer — 5 business dashboards (order/load flow, NVV process, batch jobs, DMF/BizTalk/TCS integrations, IT overview) built on Azure App Insights, Log Analytics, Azure Data Explorer and KQL.

ArcelorMittal (Prijedor, BiH) — Portal AM

Large European steel producer and iron ore mine in Bosnia. Delivered Portal AM: a hybrid web/mobile application (SOA/MSA, cloud-first) covering production, GMS processing and maintenance divisions — CRUD records, web pivot reporting, KPI dashboards, full ERP integration.

Impact: up to +5.02% cost-efficiency and +4.25% productivity per year (measurement period 2023–2025). Delivered up to 25% more than originally scoped.

Bauxite mining, wood processing, transport, maintenance. Led IT strategy and architecture from 2005; Board Member for ICT 2006–2011.

Delivered: full ERP (GL, Finance, HR, Logistics, Stock, Retail, CRM, QMS, Operations) on time and on budget; Portal Boksit (KPI dashboards, web pivot, ERP integration) across production, transport, wood processing and furniture; 13 km optical network, 300+ hosts; Linux migration saving over €30,000; ISO/HACCP/FSC.

Company revenue grew 38% during IT strategy leadership period (2005–2024).

Soligna (BiH) — Wood industry / Portal

Spin-off from Boksit Group's wood processing division (~2019). Primary processing (logs → decorticator → kilns → sawn timber), final processing (LVL, solid wood furniture), production records + daily work orders, norms, reports, KPI board.

Portal in production 2019 – 2024+. Delivered: KPI dashboard, production records, work orders, reporting and KPI board — mobile-first, integrated with ERP.

Drina Insurance (Republika Srpska, BiH) — Web ERP

First web-based ERP in insurance in the Republika Srpska (2009, based on available records). Modules: GL, Finance, HR, Rating & Rules Engine, Policy (Front/Back Office), Claims, Reinsurance.

Major migration from legacy system using ETL; went from 20–30% to full functional coverage in 2 years. Also: vehicle risk clustering (75,000+ policies) and MTPL (motor third-party liability) forecasting.
