Path
25+ years, one thread
Software engineer → group CIO → board → independent practice. Every role kept the same focus: systems that production actually runs on.
- Delivered Mission Control observability for Ragn-Sells D365 F&O: 5 dashboards over 20+ external integrations on Azure Log Analytics (ADX/KQL) — so the client sees batch and integration failures before its users do.
- Designed and built the Portal AM hybrid platform for ArcelorMittal — 70+ users, delivered up to 25% beyond the client's own expectations. The shop floor runs on it daily.
- Authored the D365 F&O (SCM) functional & technical guides with Daxact, and module dev guides for AGP, ITS, CRM, FIN/ACC, WMS. Still in use for onboarding.
- Led strategy and delivery for 38% revenue growth across the group.
- Portal Boksit in production with 300+ users; external ISO auditor: "I'm impressed. This is rarely seen."
- 95%+ of IT resources migrated to open source — ~€30,000 in license savings.
- 13 km optical network, 300+ hosts; ISO 9001 / HACCP / FSC certifications.
- First web-based insurance ERP in Srpska (2009, based on available records); 2-year major transition from 20–30% to full functional coverage.
- Risk analytics on 75K+ policies — Kohonen SOM and fuzzy clustering for vehicle risk class and MTPL (motor third-party liability) forecasting.
- Designed the national finance ERP pilot for the Serbian Ministry of Finance.
- Security systems software: access control & time attendance for Telekom Serbia; international procurement of ICT security systems.
- Marketing: 2 presentations at Belgrade International Fair; pre-sales across the Western Balkans.
- In-house business software: internal securities & stock procurement management for Boksit’s initial stockholders.
- ICT support across management, marketing, finance and operations; knowledge transfer & staff training.
